A major consideration of the design was to retain the existing operational, performance and compliant criteria of the standard WD440 machines.

The WD440 PT retains the principle of two independently operated chambers providing the desired flexibility of operation that maximises throughput capability within a compact, easy to install unit.

The WD440 PT is designed for service access from the front thus allowing side by side installation of multiple machine installations. This feature provides the opportunity for designing compact clean/dirty room layout arrangements with the machines providing the barrier division between each area.
